Requested Marcyne’s services to help with a home that did not sell 1 yr ago with another realtor. With the added home staging it brought color, warmth and a vision of what the home could look like, which was a huge differentiator from when it was previously listed. As a result, without having to reduce the listing price of the home, within 1 week we were under contract at full price.

Marcyne did the renovations and decor for our AirBNB and it turned out awesome! All of our reviews have been five star reviews, and every time I stay at the house I am reminded about what an awesome job she did. Marcyne and crew came in and staged my home in order to sell it. And boy did she deliver! The listing went live, multiple showings ensued, and my home was UNDER CONTRACT IN 6 HOURS!!! I could not be more pleased with the outcome and her delivery of services and professionalism.

This is the first Time I have staged a property. Marcyne was amazing to work with. That said the proof is always in the results. On a 1M+ house we had 2 offers in 2 days and 4 offers when we called for highest and best. Result was 50K over asking with a cash transaction. Everyone else fought over being the backup offer. Marcyne has transformed my whole house of 18 years into a new one in a matter of days.
